If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 7 days of the original purchase date. Upon return, you may request:
A replacement product
A refund via the same payment method you used at checkout
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and labels.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items damaged due to poor return packaging are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Gift sets may only be exchanged if unopened. Refunds are not issued for gift set items.
All HKSHOP products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes:
Defective functionality not caused by user error
Issues with materials or workmanship
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace your item. Shipping costs to HKSHOP are the customer’s responsibility.
Products damaged by misuse, liquid, fire, force, or neglect
Altered or tampered barcodes or labels
Products dismantled or repaired by unauthorized parties
Some products include a manufacturer warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years. These warranties are handled by authorized service centers, not directly by HKSHOP. We are happy to assist as an intermediary to ensure your claim is processed.
Please check the product page or contact HKSHOP Customer Service to confirm if a product is covered by a manufacturer warranty before purchase.

Our team will review and confirm your request with further instructions.
Carefully package and ship the item to our return address. Include your Order Number and Name.
You will be notified when your item is received and inspected.
⚠️ We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transit.
🚚 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged:
Report it immediately via email to support@hkshop.com.gh with photos and your Order Number.
Keep the original packaging and delivery materials for inspection.
We will guide you through the next steps and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds are processed based on your original method of payment. Refunds are only applicable if:
You cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped.
You return an item within our 7-day return window.
You reject a prepaid order due to wrong or misrepresented product.
If a return is made after 7 days but within 30 days (and qualifies under our warranty policy), a store credit will be issued instead of a cash refund. This store credit is provided as a coupon code, which can be used multiple times across different purchases until the full value is exhausted.
We will refund your order using the same medium of payment you used:
Cash Payments: Refunded in cash or via mobile money.
Mobile Money: Refunded directly to your mobile money number.
Debit/Credit Card: Refunded to the bank account linked to the card used for the transaction. The name must match the cardholder.
Prepaid Card: You must provide the prepaid card number and bank details for us to process the credit.
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day from the date we receive your returned item.
Store credits are usually issued within 1 business day after approval.
