Welcome to HKSHOP GHANA’s FAQ section. Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about orders, payments, delivery, returns, and more. If you still need help, our friendly support team is ready to assist.


What areas qualify for Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders within Accra.
Orders from outside Accra or in selected surrounding areas must be prepaid via Mobile Money at checkout

❌ Some areas not eligible for COD include:

  • Kpone-Katamanso: Oyibi, Zenu, Michel Camp, Klagon, Appolonia

  • Shai-Osudoku: Dodowa, Agomeda, Ayikuma, Doryumu

  • Ningo-Prampram: Prampram, Dawhenya, Ningo, Old Ningo, Afienya


How do I pay for my order?

We accept multiple secure payment options:

  • Mobile Money (via Paystack): MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo

  • Cash on Delivery: Available only in Accra

  • Bank Transfer: For custom or bulk orders (contact support center – support@hkshop.com.gh)


When will I receive my order?

  • Orders before 4:00 PM: Delivered same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Orders after 4:00 PM: Delivered early next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Outside Greater Accra:

    We aim to deliver your order the next day after purchase. In most cases, this is successful. However, if there are any delays due to the time your order was placed or unforeseen issues, we will promptly communicate with you.

    In rare cases where delivery cannot be completed the next day, your order will arrive within 48 hours at the latest.

  • Sunday/Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed and scheduled for delivery on the next business day.


Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products. Depending on the situation, you may receive:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund (via the same payment method)

  • Store credit (for returns made between 8–30 days under warranty terms)

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed via the same method used for payment:

  • Mobile Money: Refunded to the same number

  • Cash: Refunded in cash

⏱ Refunds usually take up to only 1 business day. 


What is Store Credit?

Store Credit is issued for qualified returns made after 7 days but within 30 days.
It is provided as a coupon code linked to your account and can be used multiple times until the balance is fully used.


Are delivery fees refundable?

No. Delivery charges are non-refundable, even when products are returned.


Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes.

  • Most items come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty

  • Select items include a Manufacturer Warranty
    Check the product description or contact us for details before purchase.


Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver across all regions of Ghana using trusted logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


What happens if I place an order on Sunday or a public holiday?

Your order will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
